Scheduling Information

We are pleased that you are considering renting the Romulus Progressive Hall.  The following information will assist you in determining if the Romulus Progressive Hall is the right venue for your event.

Reservations

The hall will accommodate up to 300 guests.  The hall is open by appointment only.  Please call us at (734) 941-3044 or email us at flyersprogressivehall@gmail.com for information.  Once we receive your message you will be contacted by one of our coordinators.  After you have completed the reservation process which includes signing the contract and making your $200.00 (refundable) security deposit your event will be placed on our calendar.  The balance of your rental fee is due seven (7) business days prior to the date of your event. 

Failure to complete the payment process by the 7th business day prior to the even will result in the following:

• Cancelation of the event.
• Forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
• Forfeiture of all payment made to that point.

Fees / Rental

Security Deposit: $200.00 due at inception of the contract
Sunday - Thursday: $500.00
Friday & Saturday: (includes use of the kitchen)$750.00
Sunday (includes use of the Kitchen): $500.00
Bar: $100 plus the cost of Bartenders (1 Bartender per Seventy-five (75) guests)
Bartenders: $100.00 each

For events that last short periods (less than four (4) hours) our hourly rate may be used to determine the cost of your event.

Hours:

Sunday - Thursday the hall closes the doors at 9:30 PM
Friday & Saturday the Hall closes the doors at 12:30 AM

On Friday & Saturday Nights you may extend you stay at a fee of $200.00 per hour.
